•Super easy to whip up as a dip for asparagus fries or jalapeno poppers or add a little more milk to pour over your favorite salad.
1/4 cup light mayonnaise1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbls milk-add more, a little at a time for dressing until it’s your desired thickness
2 green onions-finely chopped 1 tsp hot sauce-I used Franks 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp black pepper makes 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup depending on if dip or dressing
In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the blue cheese dip. Taste for seasoning, cover and put in fridge so the flavors can mingle for at least a half hour.
sour cream, mayo and blue cheese crumbles
Everybody came to play-add the salt pepper, hot sauce, lemon juice, milk and green onions
