FINISHING SALTS

•OK, I’m not going to lie, this might have been my favorite taste test so far.  I got to spend an afternoon tasting salts…..it’s like my Xanadu!!  I made two different kinds without a whole ton of effort or time.

ORANGE SMOKED PAPRIKA SALT-great on fish, chicken, popcorn, or rim a glass when making a bloody mary.

BASIL SALT-great on fresh tomatoes, pasta, corn or rim a glass of lemonade.
