•Not going to lie, this pasta has a kick. A super cinch to make to go along side broiled fish, or grilled chicken. Even delicious cold for lunch the next day.
Fill a large pot with water, add a good pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse.
While pasta is cooking work on the sauce. Grate the garlic cloves over a large bowl using a zester. If you don’t have one of these puppies, I would highly suggest buying one.
This is what a little nub of ginger looks like. With a spoon peal the skin off of the ginger and grate 1/2 tsp worth using the zester. The rest of the ginger can be stored in the freezer for another time.
Add the soy sauce, vegetable oil, juice of the lime and chili garlic sauce-mix and taste for seasoning.
Add the pasta and toss.
Stir in the green onions and chopped cilantro.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately or cold♥Enjoy
